Basic Hot Bean and Cheese Dip

Preheat Oven: 350°
What You Will Need:
For The Dip
1 16-oz can Chili beans or pinto beans
1 16-oz can Refried beans
½ jar Salsa
1 4.5-oz can Green Chiles
½ tsp Hot Sauce
½ tsp Oregano
¼ tsp Cumin
¼ tsp Salt
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
½ cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded) (for the top)
For the Toppings
½ Onion (fried)
½ Avocado (diced)
¼ Red Onion (minced)
1 Plum Tomato (chopped)
¼ can Black Olives (sliced)
3 Green Onions (chopped)
What You Do:
1. Mix the first 9 ingredients and scoop into a casserole.
2. To with the ½ cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
3. Put in oven for 20 minutes.
4. Scoop some into bowls and top with the toppings.
5. You can use zucchini disks, tortilla chips or just your spoon to eat it.
