Breakfast Green Saute

Cook Time: 15 min.
What You Will Need:
½ c. Chopped Onions (more or less if you like)
1 c. Broccoli (chopped small)
2 c. Raw Spinach (torn in half or so)
½ lb. Sausage of your choice
4 ea. Eggs
Salt
Pepper
What You Do:
1. Sauté the Onions for about 5 min.
2. Sauté the Broccoli for about 5 min.
3. Add the Sausage for about 5 min.
4. Add the Spinach for about 3 min.
5. Add the Eggs and mush them around a bit
6. Salt and Pepper to taste
