Pork Carnitas in Slow Cooker

What You Will Need:
1 Pork Shoulder or Butt (3 lbs)
1 TB Salt
1 tsp. Cumin
½ tsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (or not if you don’t like heat)
8 Garlic Cloves (smashed)
2 Chipotle Peppers
1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 btl Beer (or water or OJ or whatever)
What You Do:
1. Trim the excess fat off of the pork
2. Put it all in the Slow Cooker on Low and cook for 8 hours
3. Put it in tacos or burritos or make a Paleo Bowl (see below)
