Crispy Salmon

Cook Time:          15 min.

What You Will Need:
Salmon
Kosher Salt
Lemon

What You Do:
1.  Scrape the scales from the Salmon by pressing down and away
2.  Dry the fish and salt it
3.  Pat the fish dry from the water the salt has drawn out.
4.  Heat pan to a 6 with oil – make sure it’s nice and hot
5.  Put in pan skin side down and leave alone for 6 min.
6.  Turn to meat side and cook 3-5 min. or until done.
