Dijon-Maple Glaze for Seafood

1/4 c. Maple Syrup
3 TB Mustard
2 tsp. Vinegar
1/8 tsp. Thyme

The Scoop:
This is one of two glazes I wanted to make for my daughter’s birthday. One doesn’t like vinegar or mustard so I made the Miso-Ginger one to go with this one.
You can marinate fish in it then bake it or pan-fry it or you can brush it on as you are cooking it. Either way it will make your fish delicioso.
