Dijon Vinaigrette

Very easy to make and goes great on any salad.  We really like to keep our dressings as fresh 
as we can and only use normal, natural ingredients instead of all the "stuff" you find in a lot of
the bottled dressings.  Once you get your family used to eating real food you'll have a hard time
giving them the pre-made stuff.  Our bodies just like this better


What You Will Need:
8          TB        Olive Oil
2          TB        Fresh Lemon Juice

2          TB        White Vinegar
4          TB        Dijon Mustard
1          tsp.      Maple Syrup
½         tsp.      Granulated Garlic
¼         tsp.      Sea Salt
½         tsp.      Green Herbs  (tarragon, dill, basil)

                        Fresh ground black pepper

What You Do:
1. Whisk all ingredients together

The Blurb
You don’t have to split up the Lemon Juice and Vinegar, you just need 4 TB of whatever acid you like or have on hand.  I like it pretty mustardy but you can add less mustard if you want.  As with any dressing recipe, it’s really just a jumping off place for you to create what sounds good to you but at least you know these proportions will work.
