Fish Cakes

Cook Time 15 min.
What You Will Need:
2 cans Tuna and/or Salmon
2 stalks Celery (minced)
½ Small Onion (minced)
½ Large Carrot (minced)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 Egg
1 TB Arrowroot Powder
1 TB Mayonnaise
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Basil
Salt
Pepper
What You Will Do:
1. Drain the fish and put in a bowl.
2. Sauté the Onions, Celery and Carrots for about 5-7 minutes (see video)
3. Add garlic and sauté for another 5 min.
4. While that is sauteeing, add the remaining ingredients.
5. Add the veggies
6. Form into patties and refrigerate for as long as you like.
7. Cook them on Medium Heat (4.5 – 5.5) for 8 minutes on each side.
Garnish with lemon juice and parsley
