Gluten-Free Baking Mix
Prep Time: 10 min.
What You Will Need:
2 c. White Rice Flour
1 c. Brown Rice Flour
½ c. Potato Starch
½ c. Tapioca Starch
1 tsp. Xanthan Gum
What You Do:
1. Mix them all together
The Scoop:
We seem to get bloated when we eat wheat products, or at least, wheat products that aren’t organic or ancient grain. So yeah, we use Einkorn wheat for some things, but it tends to be a little soggy but in a good way. At first, I made this as a substitute thinking it would just be all right, but it turned out to be more than all right, so I use it instead of regular flour on a 1:1 basis.
