What You Will Need:
2 cups Garbonzo Beans (cooked & drained - reserve the liquid)
4 TB Tahini
4 TB Olive Oil
5 TB Lemon
5 TB Water
2 tsp. Garlic
1 tsp. Salt
Parsley
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Paprika
Reserved Liquid
What You Do:
1. Mix it all together in a food processor.
2. If it is too dry, add some of the reserve liquid.
3. Garnish with Olive Oil, Paprika & Parsley
