Mango Salsa
Prep Time: 15 min.
What You Will Need:
1 Mango (peeled & diced)
¼ c. Red Onion (chopped)(optional)
1 handful Cilantro (chopped)
2-3 TB Lime Juice
1 tsp. Minced Jalapeno
½-1 tsp. Salt (to taste)
What You Do:
1. Mix it all together and eat on Fish Tacos.
