Miso-Dill Dressing

This is an excellent dressing that goes good on a salad and also works as a dip for veggies if you’re trying to watch your snacking. Not low-calorie but being Olive Oil it’s a good fat that helps with brain function.
What You Will Need:
1 TB Miso (any kind)
2 TB Lemon Juice
2 TB Olive Oil
1 TB Fresh Dill (or 1 tsp. dried)
What You Do:
1. Mix it all in a blender until creamy and smooth.
