Ginger Miso Glaze for Seafood or Whatever

What You Will Need:
½ c. Mirin or White Wine
¼ c. Red or Yellow Miso Paste
1/8 c. Soy Sauce
3 TB Maple Syrup
1 tsp. ACV
What You Do:
1. Mix them all together
I wanted to make something different for my daughter’s birthday for the 2 ½ lbs of Salmon she bought even though we told her 1 ½ lbs ( she didn’t know you could ask them to cut up one of the big slabs so she just asked for the smaller slab). *sigh*
I looked up some recipes as a starting point and came up with this glaze.
