To Do Ahead:
1.  Measure all your spices for your marinade
2.  Measure all your spices for your sauce

What You Need:
Chicken Marinade
3 – 4 Chicken Parts – cut into bit-sized pieces
1          piece   Minced Ginger (1-inch)
4-5                   Cloves Garlic (minced)
1                      Lime (juiced)
1          tsp.      Salt
1/2       tsp.      Black Pepper
1/2       tsp.      Cayenne
1/2       tsp.      Smoked Paprika
¼          tsp.      Coriander
1/4       tsp.      Cumin
1/4       tsp.      Garam Masala
2          TB        Butter

Sauce
1          can      Tomato Sauce (14.5oz)
1          can      Diced Tomatoes (14.5oz)
2          TB        Butter
1          tsp.      Coriander
1          tsp.      Cumin
1          tsp.      Cayenne
1          tsp.      Black Pepper
1                      Green Chile (finely chopped)
                           Salt to taste
                           Sugar to taste
1          TB        Fresh Cream

Garnish
Cilantro Leaves finely chopped

What You Do:
1. Make the Marinade – marinate the chicken for an hour or so
2. Melt the butter and cook the onions (5 min)
3. Add the rest of the ingredients except cream and let simmer for 10 min.
4. In a separate pan Stir-Fry the chicken in 2 TB butter
5. Add the chicken to the sauce and cook for a few minutes
5. Add the cream
6. Garnish

This is a very tasty dish and not as hard to make as it might seem.
