Mashed Potatoes
This is a basic dish that you need to be able to make without looking at a recipe. It’s basically just Potatoes, Milk, Butter and S&P. You can add cheese, chives, bacon – anything you want. I usually add some Granulated Garlic as well but that’s up to you. I mash the potatoes in a warm pan to let the steam out so the Potatoes won’t be watery. Just add the Butter and Milk until it’s the consistency you want it to be. It’s hard to mess up Mashed Potatoes unless you leave out the butter and salt so go for it and make ‘em your own way.
