Green Sliders

What You Will Need:
1 lb. Frozen chopped Spinach
1 TB Butter or Coconut Oil
½ c. Onion (finely chopped)
½ lb Mushrooms (finely chopped)
¼ c. Coconut Cream or Milk
½ c. Celery (finely chopped)
½ c. Parsley (chopped)
1 lb Ground Beef
¼ c. Coconut Flour
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1+ tsp Kosher Salt
1 ½+ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Nutmeg (optional)
2 Eggs (beaten)
Coconut Oil (for frying)
Tomato Sauce (topping)
What You Do:
1. Do all your chopping and mincing. Take the eggs out of fridge.
2. Nuke Spinach and drain all the water out
3. Sautee the Onion and Mushrooms
4. Blend the Coconut Milk, Celery and Parsley.
5. Pour the Puree over the Hamburger and add the Onion and Mushrooms
6. Add the Coconut Flour and seasonings and eggs and mix with your hands
7. Form into patties.
8. Cook 3 or 4 minutes on each side and serve with marinara
