Easy Mongolian Beef

What You Will Need:
1 lb. Flank or Flat Iron Steak
½ c. Tapioca Starch
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
3 TB Oil
1 batch Mongolian Beef Sauce
4-5 Green Onions
What You Do:
1. Slice the Beef into thin strips (1/4-inch)
2. Mix Tapioca, Salt, Pepper & Garlic. Adjust to be heavily seasoned.
3. Dredge Steak pieces in Coating and let sit for 10 min.
4. Put you pan on Medium Low (4 on and electric stove ) and let sit for 10 min.
5. After the pan is good and hot, add the oil.
6. Cook each piece of meat for 5 min. on one side then 2-3 min. on the other.
7. All meat is out of the pan now. Drain the excess oil.
8. Add in the Meat, Sauce & Onions and let simmer for 10-15 min.
9. Serve over rice or broccoli slaw (Paleo)

½ c. Water
4-5 TB Maple Syrup

3. Add The Soy, Water and Maple Syrup and simmer for about 15 min.
