Inside you will find an ever growing list of recipes that go from being insanely easy to being a little more time consuming and possibly more complex but nothing on this site is going to require a culinary degree in order to make it. In fact, the purpose is to show you how easy it is to make delicious food that is healthy without throwing it in your face. Except that I do want you to throw it in your face as long as it goes in your mouth.
I taught myself to cook when I was a young adult and went through all the pains of reading recipes and getting every last ingredient and it would seem to drag on and on and on. But I ended up with a good dish so I'd do it again and again until I realized that I didn't have to follow the recipe exactly and that if I grouped things I could kind of deconstruct the recipe so that it made more sense and became easier to do.
Here, the recipes range from ridiculously easy to easy. I might throw in a more difficult one from time to time but I'll rate them so you'll know what you are getting in to.
