You can make this with any combination of vegetables and meat if you want. We eat this at least once a week with whatever is in our refrigerator. Sometimes I use cheese and sometimes I don’t. I sometimes use potatoes or sweet potatoes and the meat can be whatever is left over from the week – bacon, chicken, ham, sausage, even ground beef or steak. So put whatever in the Sauté you want that you have on hand, it’s a great way to start your day and clean out your fridge.
Breakfast can be tricky but if you keep this in your rotation you can always have a satisfying start to your day - at least with your breakfast.
