This soup is like the girl no one asks out then when the shy guy finally asks her out everyone finds out how awesome she really is and wishes they had asked her first.  When you first hear the words "white chili" you brain just starts thinking of something else because it just doesn't make sense.  So you have to coax your brain a little bit.  You have to tell it that chili is really just a soup with meat and beans in a thick saucy soup.  Of course you might argue that it would have to have some sort of "chile" in there which this does not.  Tell your brain that's it's just a fun way to refer to a thick chicken soup with beans.  There.  Brain can handle that.

Whatever it is, this is a tremendous soup and you can make any flavor in it stronger or lighter in any way to suit your taste.  It is incredibly easy to make and people always comment on how different but how really good it is.  This is a good one to start out on that people will really enjoy.

Go try it now so your brain and wrap it's head(?) around this strange concept.
